The Native Plants and Wildflowers are flourishing at Prairie Commons. The All Native Landscape is nourished by a 120,000 gallon rainwater collection system from the building roofs. Cascading Rain Gardens slow water runoff, replenishing the water table and feeding the native plants. In return, the plants clean contaminants like motor and any upstream contaminants from rain runoff – passing clean rainwater to the local creek.
