Mark Glover

Principal & Advisor, iMark Commercial

Mark Glover is the Principal of iMark Commercial, which he founded in 1999. iMark Commercial is a trusted advisor for commercial real estate, development, and construction. Mark focuses on helping business owners and investors with the development and construction of their projects.

Prior to iMark Commercial, Mark was a commercial general contractor, real estate developer, and co-owner of several subcontracting firms – specializing in concrete, structural steel, and drywall. All total, Mark has over 40 years of direct experience in managing commercial real estate and construction. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas.

Mark has a broad and deep understanding of real estate and construction. He knows how to successfully deliver projects on time and on budget. From his vast experience, Mark understands the facility needs of a wide variety of businesses.

Mark has a BBA degree from Texas A&M University, with additional study in Construction Technology. His MBA is from Texas Tech University, with an emphasis in Finance.

Mark and his wife Penny live on their craft farm called Rheudasil Farms. It is named for Penny’s father who was the first Mayor of Flower Mound. They raise chickens, honeybees, and a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Both have earned the Master Naturalists designation and Mark has extensive experience with sustainable development and building practices. Mark also writes about local history.

Mark is involved in the Summit Club, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Independent Brokers Alliance, and the Dallas Real Estate Ministries.

Past community involvement includes serving as President of the Flower Mound Rotary Club, Chair of Business Leaders Council of Denton County, Chair of Denton County Economic Development Commission, Chair of Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce, and Board Director/ Vice Chair of CoServ Electric.
